Skye Performance offers a Registered Limited Lifetime Warranty for new electric golf carts and associated batteries and/or golf cart chassis to be free from material or workmanship defects. This is a parts only warranty for the original purchaser. Skye Performance hereby warrants to the Original Purchaser, as those terms are defined herein, and subject to the provisions, limitations and exclusions in this limited warranty, that its a new golf cart or new component purchased from Skye Performance shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the periods stated below. The Warranty Period begins on the golf carts retail date of purchase as long as you have registered your warranty within 90 days of purchase through Skye Performance website.

● Routine maintenance, normal wear and tear, proper tire pressure and cosmetic
deterioration.
● Damage from neglect, abuse, accident, unapproved parts or accessories, or external
events like vandalism or acts of nature.
● Repairs not performed by licensed golf cart dealer.
● Costs for transportation to/from service locations.
● Fuses, decals (except safety decals), light bulbs, lubricants, trim pieces, seats, routine
wear items such as brake shoes, brushes, bushings, mats and pads, tires and
maintenance adjustments.
● Cosmetic deterioration, and items which deteriorate or fail due to environmental
elements exposure or ordinary wear and tear. Paint Fading due to chronic sun exposure
or/and improper storage.

The warranty may be voided if the vehicle/battery shows signs of:
● Neglected maintenance or usage outside that described in the Owner/Operator’s
Manual.
● Use of non-OEM parts, modifications, or alterations.
● Non-approved electrical installations.

If a defect arises, Skye Performance will, at its discretion, repair or replace the part with original OEM parts or reconditioned parts at the option of the factory. Defective parts, replaced under the terms of this Warranty, are property of Skye Performance and must be returned to Skye Performance upon request.

Skye Performance is not liable for indirect damages, including but not limited to death, injury, or property damage, arising from product defects. All legal claims must be made within three months of the warranty claim’s origination.

● Amp hour warranty period is recorded by Skye Performance
● Battery warranty claims require Skye Performance specified testing.
● Non-factory additions directly to batteries will void the warranty.
● The 5-year full replacement battery warranty applies solely to personal-use vehicles and
excludes commercial-use vehicles.(*)

Skye Performance reserves the right to inspect vehicles, modify designs, or assess warranty claims without the need to update previous products. Purchaser acknowledges that this Warranty is the entire warranty provided by Skye Performance and that no exceptions or modifications to this warranty are valid without written approval from Skye Performance.

Customers will be provided with a link via email to register their golf cart upon purchase. If there are any issues during the warranty period, the next step would be to submit a claim on the Skye Performance website. Within 24 hours the customer will receive a response asking for more information, approval or denial. From there SKYE will contact a local service provider and set up an appointment.

At Skye Performance, our foremost commitment lies in ensuring the utmost care for both our customers. You are our top priority, and we pledge to deliver outstanding customer service round the clock. If the warranty registration form for a product isn't filled out and submitted to Skye Performance at the time of
the initial retail purchase, the purchaser must furnish evidence of the purchase date, such as the original retail customer invoice or bill of sale, for any warranty claims.
