The maintenance of electric vehicles is very important, which is directly related to the driving performance and service life of electric vehicles. Therefore, the user is requested to observe the following maintenance rules.

6.1. Maintenance of Battery

The battery provides the total power source for the whole vehicle, just like the heart of the electric vehicle, so it is very important.

1) The surface, connecting wires and bolts of the battery shall be kept clean and dry for a long time. In the process of cleaning, water is forbidden to enter the battery, so as to avoid leakage and increase self-discharge, resulting in vehicle operation failure.

2) The battery must be well connected. Frequently check whether the connecting end face of the battery connection is rusty and whether the fastening nut is loose, so as to avoid heating, sparking and burning out of the pole due to poor contact.

Note: The other end of the wrench used to tighten the nut shall be wrapped with adhesive tape to prevent short circuit caused by improper operation.

3) Do not place anything on the battery. Do not connect the positive and negative poles of the battery directly to avoid short circuit and damage to the battery.

4) After the battery is discharged, it must be charged in time to achieve shallow charge and discharge.

Note: In summer, after the vehicle is running, the battery temperature is high, so it is not suitable to charge immediately, and you should wait for a while. Allow the battery to cool before charging. Do not charge in the sun. In winter, the temperature is very low. When the battery is in a low temperature state, its charging and discharging performance will be reduced, and charging should be carried out indoors.

5) Use the special charger equipped for the vehicle to charge the battery. Using another charger may damage the battery.

6) During driving, the driver should observe the indication of voltmeter/electricity meter on the dashboard at any time. When it drops to the red area, it indicates that the battery power has been exhausted, and the vehicle must be stopped and charged in time.

7) If the vehicle is not used for a long time, the battery should be fully charged and stored, and the battery should be replenished every half month.

8) Ensure the air circulation in the charging place, and keep away from the open fire.

6.2. Usage and Precautions of Charger Fully Automatic Design, Easy to Operate

2) Connect the 220V/110V input power supply and check whether the model of the input line matches the input current to avoid overload of the input line.

3) Connect the output plug to the vehicle.

4) After the input and output lines are connected, the red light of the indicator light flashes, and the charger performs self-check. After the self-check is completed, the green light of the indicator light flashes to start charging.

5) In the charging process, when the battery power is less than 80%, the green light flashes slowly, and when the battery power is more than 80%, the green light flashes quickly. When the battery reaches 100%, the red light is always on. When the battery is fully charged, it will stop automatically.

6) In the process of charging, if the grid voltage is too high or too low, that is, the voltage range is beyond 90-260 V, the charger will automatically carry out protection, and the fault light will be on to prompt the user. When the voltage returns to normal, the charger will automatically resume charging.

Important Notice!

* During the charging process, hydrogen will be released from the battery, so it is necessary to keep the charging place ventilated and avoid open fire and fire. Sparks.

* It is forbidden to use the charger after accidental water ingress. The charger shall be used in an environment with a temperature of -10 ℃ ~ + 45 ℃.

* When the charger breaks down, do not disassemble it by yourself. Please contact our after-sales service department.
